The rooms were large with high ceiling’s, the beds were comfortable. Checking was quick and Matilde our host walked us through the amenities and explained everything throughly. The apartment was well stocked with cereal, tea, water, fluffy robes for each guest and a lovely fruit basket. Overall, those thoughtful touches really won our hearts. I highly recommend Stay Fine holiday house and will definitely book it again! A big thank you to our hostess!!!

Het is een ruim, comfortabel appartement op een fijne locatie. Het verblijf is op loopafstand van het Vaticaan en ook andere bezienswaardigheden.

The apartment is renovated and nicely decorated. It had all amenities needed for our short stay in Rome. It is on the 4th floor and there is a functioning elevator leading to it. AC is central. The host was very responsive and got in touch before our stay to share details on the check in process and nearby restaurants. The building is in a prime location and a very nice neighbourhood. The Vatican is a 10 mins walk from the apartment and you can literally walk to all key tourist attractions in Rome within an hour and a half from the apartment.
There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an 8 people dining table, well equipped kitchen, a living room and a dryer/ washing machine service area. The check out process was also smooth with the host sharing details on the process the night before. We were also able to store our luggage at the apartment for a few hours before leaving to the airpot.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it perfect for our family.
The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was especially appreciated during the hot weather), and everything we needed was available. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and the main attractions.
Communication with Ysabel was outstanding from the beginning. She was always kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, providing clear information and making us feel welcome even before our arrival. Her hospitality was evident throughout our stay.
Honestly, we didn’t find anything to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.
