Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr zum empfehlen. Alles findet man so vor, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir hatten fünf tolle Tage in diesem Apartment. Es ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Beginn an wurden wir sehr toll von Federica und Stefano betreut, über alles informiert und hatten über sie einen tollen Service rundum unsere An- und Abreise. Das Apartment liegt ruhig im zweiten Obergeschoss. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, da man alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Viertel ist sehr angenehm. Hat schöne Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Boutiquen und viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir zurück und grüßen euch, liebe Federica und Stefano von ganzem Herzen. Eure Familie Schumann.

Lovely apartment tastefully decorated in modern Italian style. Federica was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything the four of us needed for our stay in Rome. The Prati neighborhood location was very nice with many restaurants, supermercati, and A-line metro station nearby. Rome was extremely hot during our stay but the apartment has A/C in every room so we were very comfortable. And there is no street noise to disturb sleep after a long day.
Access to the 2nd floor apartment is either by stairs or with an older but functional lift. My wife has mobility limitations and we had no problems going to and from the apartment. We would not hesitate to book again for a next trip to Rome.
As other reviewers mentioned, there are four doors with different keys that must be used to get into the apartment. But, just memorize what key shape works each door and working the locks is easy.
Shower drain in the en-suite bathroom cannot keep up if the shower faucet is set to maximum flow. Water overflows onto the floor after a few minutes. Simple fix was to keep the flow about half speed and we had no further problems. Some drain maintenance might be needed to fix this.
There is no view to speak of with this apartment. If a view is important to you for your Rome stay, then you probably should look elsewhere.

とても美しく清潔で使い勝手の良いアパートでした。ロケーションも最高。バチカンに歩いてすぐだし地下鉄の駅に近く、周りには美味しいレストランがたくさんあります。そして何よりオーナーのフェデリカが素晴らしい。こちらのお願いや質問にすぐに対応してくれてとても助かりました。
It was a very beautiful, clean, and convenient apartment. The location was also amazing .It was just a short walk to the Vatican, close to a metro station, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. And above all, the owner, Federica, was wonderful. She responded quickly to our requests and questions, which was very helpful.
