The staff was very helpful and courteous.
The location to stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
Our room was in need of maintenance in the bathroom. Poorly repaired holes in the tub.

The hotel was advertised as having a free breakfast, however, upon checking in, the receptionist told me that there is no breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was included in the original price at the time of booking. That was disappointed for me, and I had to spend additional money for breakfast the next morning our of my pocket. Thus, my stay overnight became more expensive than promised, advertised at booking time.
See above. Also, there was long hair on the floor of the bedroom, on the chair and table in thr bedroom, on the night stand, on the floor, toilet, and inside buth tub. Someone didn't clean the room thorough. I had to clean it myself.
The walls between rooms ate so thin, I could hear conversations of people from the next room.
The room doors close very loud, it is so annoying to constantly hear those loud clucking closing door noises all the time, and especially during the night.
