After staying at Fairfield properties in Moncton NB and Statesville NC, we could not be more disappointed with this property. The furniture looked like it came out of a college dorm. No hand cream and only one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. Ice machine was filthy on the outside, so can't imagine when it was last cleaned. A terrible spot.

Bathroom floor sticky Lots of dust on desk lamp. No USB ports. Outdated. Breakfast was mediocre. Water for hot tea was not very hot. Oat Milk, but no regular milk.

Convenient to get around to other activities. Picked this place because another nearby hotel noted their pool was closed for repairs. Checked in to find this one also closed!

The pool and hot tub was out of service 😡 we were definitely looking forward to the hot tub! Kids were running around all night and everyone was very loud.

The room had bedbugs. I always check for bedbugs and roaches in all hotels and this time one was crawling on the pillow. I caught it and then Google it because I have never actually seen one before. It was definitely a bedbug. I put it in a bag and packed out stuff up and went to the front dest to tell them. The lady was nice but she didn't think it was a bedbug. She asked someone else and then came back and told me to call the manager for a full refund. I called today and she said I was not charged for the room but I need to contact Expedia so they can call her and confirm and then refund me. I don't see a number to call so I messaged someone and they shut off the comments so I can't say anything else. This hotel needs updating as well. The lobby looks really nice but the rooms are not nice. Paint is peeling in the bathroom and the rooms are old and need updating

I booked this hotel specifically because they have a hot tub, but when I arrived I found out that it is closed for maintenance. I was told they don’t share that information when booking because they don’t know when it will be working again.

The staff was super nice and warm welcome. The variety of breakfast was really good. The room was convenient and clean. The only negative point if the pool is out of service you should mention it! It's definitly, a place to stop with the kids! Thanks, The Canadians.

We decided to book a suite after our 10 hour ride. It was great . So much room and a separate living room. 2 TV.s. the bathroom was clean and spa like. The breakfast was beyond our expectations and the lady looking after the breakfast was very helpful. I asked if there was gluten-free freebread and she went out back and got a piece from the freezer. Then she brought me out a gluten free muffin for the road! Loved this place. Will definitely stay again.

It takes a lot for me to give a five star, however this hotel if needed to be done. Great customer service, the hotel room was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again. The breakfast spread was even better.

The hotel is a little dated and certain things could use a better cleaning, but it did the job for our stay. The staff we interacted with was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. This was the second time we've stayed here because the price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area.

Booked this hotel as it was a convenient location and because it had a pool for the kids. We get there and the pool is closed for some type of repair. I get that they can't control that but if they had posted anywhere that the pool was closed I would not have made a reservation at this hotel. When I said the kids were going to be disappointed the woman checking us in suggested they use the hotel gym since that was open. So, two 5 year olds and 2.5 year old should use the gym? No.

One night stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't the usual piece of fruit and muffin which were available along with bacon, scrambled eggs, a variety of cold cereals, oatmeal, pancakes and waffles. Will definitely stay again

This property is dated and in need of renovation or repair. Lots of scraps/marks in the room, holes in table and cabinets. The bed sheets were clean, but mattress was not comfortable. The HVAC unit did not work well and was extremely dirty, our room was hot all night long which made it for a long night. Not the type of quality expected from the Fairfield brand. Staff however were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was average, not terrible.

Staff pleasant and helpful. I really liked the hard-boiled eggs at breakfast.
The only negative comment is that there was no fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, etc.) to place in the oatmeal at the breakfast bar. The strawberries were dried, not fresh.

The property was your average stay, the beds were moderate to just ok. I do not like the difference in price as one day it was $100 then 140 then whatever the last night. To us staying at many hotels over the years, this is a $100 a night hotel. We have a Hyatt card where we stay free buy earning points, that one is $140 a night for a way nicer place. So this makes no sense to us. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was just ok. It was located in a good area which saved us time and money in gas. But I would say this is just an average stay. They also waited until we got there to tell us the pool was broken and not working, which is why we booked this specific hotel to have something to do with the kids on some down time. Was pretty pissed off about that as its an amenity you're offering for staying here. I would stay again, but I would not want to pay almost $450 again for 3 nights. Very unhappy about the pricing and the pool issue.

The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a long day, could’ve been a little cleaner around the edge of the hot tub.. the room was nice but a little noisy in the morning from the room above woke me up earlier than I planned, and the couch had a big hole in the arm .. the staff was super friendly, very sweet!

The lot behind the property was a little sketchy. There was a camper parked out there with people in it, a lot of trash in the back corner and just looked a bit scary. all this is very close to the hotel and where our cars were parked. The hotel itself was wonderful. No complaints.

So I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Upon check in we were told the pump was broken and had been for quite a while. The booking website did not reflect this status. We were on a long road trip and really wanted the soak! I could have booked a room for 70 dollars less! I spoke with the hotel manager Lisa, and she agreed to a refund. Expedia needs to reach out to her.
