Alex is a very nice host, very enthousiast, he arranged a parking spot for us and a special breakfast with things we like. He is very proud of his city Palermo and gave us some really nice tips for things to see, areas and restaurants.
The bnb is at right the border of the historic city. Enter with everything in reach

posizione appena fuori dal centro storico ma collegata benissimo con i mezzi accoglienza facilità di check in cortesia del padrone di casa e disponibilità eventuale di spazi comuni
il letto matrimoniale ha due materassi e non è super comodo

hospitability if owner around & clean facility
1) Parking is mission impossible - be aware if you arrive by car.
2) it is about one flat with 3-4 rooms to rent. if the others arrive at 1.30 am, you wont sleep for sure.
3) breakfast table is set for 8 persons. if the others get up earlier, you have to make the table tidy if you want to sit down. there is no one around.

"Very clean, safe and welcoming accommodation. Location is great too, in a tranquil residential area at easy walking distance from sights like the Norman Palace. There's a train station only 5 minutes ..."
