Located in Zihuatanejo, this lovely condo for $255 per night is a great option for your next trip. Be dazzled by breathtaking sunsets from everywhere in this new, architectural unit. This 2 master bedroom with king beds and 2 bath, can also have one room with two twin beds for families. The views of Zihuatanejo rival the Italian Amalfi coast. This brand new (2018) and newly furnished condo boasts an open floor plan with deck for sunset views. Walk to restaurants in minutes and sit directly above the best beaches with harbor and city views. The building itself is a stunning creation with modern curves, high end finishes and a glorious infinity pool. Enjoy custom furniture along with a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances and flat screen televisions. Free WIFI and security. The building has an elevator for convenience, unless you prefer to walk the expertly designed Moorish staircase which is great fun too! Take a swim or lounge on the pool deck as you sit above the ocean surf. If you would rather dip in the ocean, grab your towel and jaunt down directly to the beach. This location is the best in the city straddling La Ropa Beach and Playa La Madera and is adjacent to the trendy, up and coming, Madera restaurant district. You can walk everywhere you need to, even downtown. If you want to dine at the high end Tentaciones Restaurant you can visit that easily as well. It's less than a five minute walk up Escenica La Ropa. Every morning in Zihua, down on the beach, dozens of wooden boats slide up onto the sand, heavy with fresh fish. Before long, the fish market comes to life in the early sunlight. Ice buckets emptying, the calls of the fishmongers, people laughing. Local chefs, taco stands, and families alike come down, all milling among the boats to gather their daily catch. For us in Zihua, it´s a timeless ritual – simply part of living here. But for visitors, the fish market is an essential local experience. This is the real town, unpolished. Friendly, warm and real, it´s a Mexico that few visitors get to see.

Excellent stay, communication, support, and views! We loved to open air living and kitchen area as well as the ability to close the bedroom doors and have a cool night sleep. Check-in was a breeze. I wasn't sure about the plunge pool but it was awesome for when you just needed a quick cool down. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo has an amazing view and was in an incredible area. Beach access and a nice walkway into town and restaurants.

Could have been cleaner
No basic cooking supplies… no cooking oil, pepper, spices, coffee etc.
Those with mobility issues should be aware the elevator ends roughly four stories above beach level. We found our November stay rather hot and humid, even at night. A pedestal fan that could be used on the deck would have been a big asset.

Everything about this condo is wonderful--the location, the view and the furnishings/decor. The a/c works great, which is a good thing, because it was hot & humid when we were there! The plunge pool on the patio is refreshing to cool off after a day exploring Zihua. The community infinity pool and the patio is great, with comfortable loungers and nice tables. Many days we had the pool to ourselves until late afternoon.
The check in process was easy, as was the check out.
We've already reserved for next year!

Property as pictured (beautiful!) and had plenty of room for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 12 and 15.) About a 15 minute walk to town and 5 minutes to Madera beach. We would like to suggest having more than one bathroom towel per person since you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you stay 10 days (we stayed 7.) I have no problem reusing my towel, but by day 5 it would have been nice to have a fresh one as the humidity is so high things just don't dry out quickly. Two more small matters-- more than one pillow per person would have also been nice and we tried to request a new fitted sheet for the master bed as the sheet/elastic was worn out and kept coming off the bed and getting tangled while we slept which was uncomfortable. Honestly, though, none of these things would prevent us from coming back again and we are still rating this a 5/5!

Right from the communication before our trip with Julian, the property manager, who also organized our taxi and answered any questions we had promptly, to the location and loveliness of the property - a great trip and a perfect place to stay!

Condo is fully equipped and easy walk to town and taxis are right out front. Only issue was my original contact Rachel told me they could set up a chef to cook dinner one night for us and have someone stock the condo with our groceries prior to our arrival.
However, the manager assigned to us did not know anyone to do this for us and after he tried with no success, I used the manager of our other VRBO to meet our requests.

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Julian contacted me, arranged airport transfers and was waiting upon arrival. Quiet, immaculate, and a view to die for. Everything was in great condition. A/C worked flawlessly (hard to find here) and bathrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. (Also hard to find here). This will definitely be a repeat!

Paradise!
This was our first time in Zihuatanejo and it was amazing. Of course the beaches, pools, food, locals, mercados were all fabulous- but this property really made our stay outstanding! As a family with two children (10yo), I can definitely recommend this place since it provides plenty of space (on the rare occasion we chose to stay in), 24hr immediate access to taxi’s right outside front of the building, quick and easy access to the beach (where shells are abundant) and a washer and dryer! It’s a parent AND kid paradise. As amazing as the pictures posted online may seem- in person it is SO much better. The entire experience was made better by the owner and property manager. Quick to respond and super accommodating- it definitely made the process easier when traveling with kids to a new place. We highly recommend it and can’t say enough good things about this location!

Amazing!
We can’t say enough about our Zihuatanejo experience! The condo was exactly as described and Julian made sure we had everything we needed. We loved how we could open up the condo for the open air experience but close the glass wall in the evening. The entire property was very well maintained and luxurious. We enjoyed Madera beach for the restaurants but La Ropa beach is the best for just hanging out on the sand to get sun and play in the ocean. If you are looking for a place to go to get away and destress Zihuatanejo is the place! Just be ready for some major humidity & heat if going May-September. We will definitely visit again and stay at Rachel’s condo. We had a wonderful vacation!

We spent alot of time on Madera beach and found the restaurants great, the people super nice, and the food amazing. We will definitely be back as there is so much more we want to see.

If you want 24/7 peace, joy, sun, view, and heaven, you must stay here. Beds are very comfortable, view is unbelievable, A/C keeps the interior cool and pleasant. So close to town. Walk there in minutes. We will be back!!

The condo was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay there. The condo worked very well for two couples travelling together. The location was also perfect for us - right between the two main beaches, and within walking distance of downtown and numerous restaurants. We had a great time and we would certainly stay at this property again.

The condo was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay there. The condo worked very well for two couples travelling together. The location was also perfect for us - right between the two main beaches, and within walking distance of downtown and numerous restaurants. We had a great time and we would certainly stay at this property again.

Our 3 week holiday
This was our first condo holiday in Zihua having vacationed years in Maui for monthly periods. Julien, the property manager, was excellent in his reliability to organize transport to and from the airport and in all matters that came up. The expansive breathtaking view hits you as soon you enter. Whether first thing in the morning till evening , you have front row seats to beach and bay activity. The condo complex is small, so the pool was never crowded. There are so many small quality restaurants to walk to- we went to 18 different ones in 21 days! Things to keep in mind with this rental is no monetary adjustment for long term stay( month) , no housekeeping, no cable- there is Netflix ( Mexican) . We definitely will return to Zihua!!
