Staff was very helpful and quick to answer when contacted through booking.com about our enquiries. Apartment was really clean and bed were comfortable. Alameda was quite far from central Lisbon but there is a metro nearby which is handy if you wanna go to the centre.
Air conditioner - was a bit slow to make the room colder when we first came in but we managed to adjust the settings later on. Otherwise, no other issues

Everything. The place was super clean. Just 5-7 minutes on foot from Alamenda metro station, and super close to the city centre. My mother, who’s recovering from cancer, felt at home. The owner was amazing and super responsive.

It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures on booking.com. The apartment is incredibly clean and is stocked with every possible appliance one can think of, such as toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer etc. The host is also very responsive. We definitely recommend booking this accommodation!
It was a bit outside of the city centre (from everything touristic) but due to the convenient bus and metro connections nearby it was not a big problem.

The location was close to a metro station and not too far away from the city centre. It was easy to get to the location by metro, taxi or uber.
The appartment had some hygiene issues that could have been better. The shower curtain was stained with black mold, there was a nasty smell in the kitchen and the toilet seat couldn’t stay upright, meaning that it keeps falling against your back when using the toilet.
