Clear instructions and communication about the settling in. Clean and comfortable spaces even though sometimes small to share. Rooms meet expectations as in the pictures. Great, well connected location in the city. Good atmosthere, felt clean and safe.
It was inconvenient that some of the kitchen suppliences were missing and not enough to use for all the inhabitants, for instance there were 3 cups for 6+ people, the toaster was not working and there could be more spaces to eat food in the kitchen and balcony, it's okay when not all the rooms are occupied, but you can really tell when the house is getting full. Difficult to share the toilet. There is only one in a shower room and people keep occupying it for a long time to take a shower. And also the toilet stopped flushing 2 times during our stay. In general, it was a good atmosphere, but these details.

Very comfortable bed and close to good value nice places to eat and the market. Bedroom was clean.
Only one toilet for 7 rooms ( many double). A bit noisy at night ( not the street but other guests and no soundproofing). A clearer system is needed to ensure guests use their allocated space in fridge not someone else’s- I found food in my space in the fridge when I arrived and had to ask the cleaner to clean it .
