Хорошее местоположение. Есть бесплатный паркинг на улице. Рядом метро. Нас встретила дружелюбная девушка. В квартире есть все необходимое. Соседи не шумели
Если сдаются комнаты в квартире и все пользуются общей ванной комнатой ,по крайней мере,необходимо убирать ее чаще. Постоянное присутствие чужих волос на полу в ванной комнате очень отталкивает. Приходилось перепрыгивать через них.

The location is great - easy to get to a city center or anywhere else as subway and bus stations are nearby (+ Gulbenkian Museum and a big shopping mall is around the corner).
Lots of cafes in the area if you want to grab a coffee / breakfast / lunch. Also it's safe and quiet during the evening.
The facility itself is very clean, tidy and cozy so I felt like home even though I usually don't book a room in a shared apartment. There's more than you need for a very comfortable stay.
Very very very special thanks to the host - all my additional requests were accommodated. I felt that I'm more than welcome!
I won't hesitate to be a guest again when I'm in Lisbon next time.

The location was great and the room was beautiful.
There were a lot of stairs to the property and the owner had some resistance when I wanted extra towels.
