Décoration cache-misère, équipements usagés, hygiène douteuse, insonorisation déplorable.

Accueil très sympathique et conseils de visites (personnel vu une seule fois), mise à disposition anticipée de la chambre, machine à café, décoration de la chambre mais ...

Impression globale de manque d'entretien et de vétusté de la chambre : Porte de la chambre avec un bloc poignée et serrure " bricolé ", une cabine de douche usagée (porte qui ne ferme plus complètement, traces sur le tout le pourtour du receveur, 1 distributeur sur 2 de produits douche manquant et le seul restant délivrait du goutte à goutte), un seul produit douche (shampoing et corps?) avec un parfum désagréable (qualité ?), la prise de courant à côté du miroir de la SDB HS, une trace noire sur une taie d'oreiller. Cuisine commune : le même torchon tâché également pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour, servait-il d'essuie-mains et de torchon pour la vaisselle ?, une seule éponge (vaisselle et entretien ?), le lait à disposition dans le frigo est ouvert depuis quand ? Enfin, l'insonorisation de la chambre : la porte de la chambre ne coupe pas les bruits des parties communes et structurellement le bâtiment est une "passoire" à bruits : discussions bruyantes de jeunes aux étages supérieurs, bruits de pas et de mobilier déplacés... les débuts des deux premières nuits ont été pénibles.

Struttura eccellente. Posizione comodissima nelle immediate vicinanze della Metro A. Stanza ampia,confortevole ben arredata e molto pulita. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l'attenzione che l'host pone nei confronti della clientela. Comunicazione eccellente, chiara ed esaustiva in ogni dettaglio. Un plauso particolare alla sig.ra Alice che si prende cura in maniera ammirevole degli ospiti e della stuttura sempre con un sorriso. Se ne avrò l'occasione ritornerò senza dubbio.

Love this place!

Fabiana was super helpful and friendly. She gave us all the good local information, it helped us a lot. Room was nice and clean, I felt very welcomed with cute cookies and drinks. It is located just a block away from the Metro, it was convenient to get around. I could easily find local supermarkets and good restaurants too.

Superb

Clean, comfortable room. Access to a shared kitchen, equipped having all necessary amenities. Location close to metro stations, bus stop next to the building, close to cafes and shops. 30 mins walk from Coloseum.

Confortable and beautiful room

Front desk man is unrespectful and doesn’t speak English at all. I don’t mind if he doesn’t speak English, cause he is in his own country, but he got mad because I didn’t speak Italian so we couldn’t understand each other

Relaxed and enjoyable stay in Rome from start to finish.

Dining area was very clean and well equipped, but opted for breakfast from the nearby cafe, fresh coffee and pastries.

No issues at all over the course of our stay. Great room, great location near the metro for all attractions; good coffee shop right outside the front door. Gianni always quick to reply to requests for recommendations or advice. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay here and if i come again to Rome, i prefer to stay again here.

The property is very close to Metro station (line A stop) and easy to go to main attractions. Very clean and if you want you can make your own food in kitchen ( although we didn’t cook). Very secure and safe. Property has 4 rooms and we were given double bed for two…it is very spacious and room has excellent air conditioning which is must after a hectic humid day. Very Close to shops, restaurants. Gianni is a very friendly person and helpful, he explained us how to travel, good restaurants around the property and gave us lots of helpful tips. He can be contacted anytime if needed. Some times we went to Mc Donalds for a quick dinner if we had a big lunch and don’t feel like having heavy dinner. If you planned to use metro, bus strongly advise to buy a ticket valid for 72hrs which gives 3 days unlimited travel (18 euros). Can use any where.

First day i was searching for the Rome central rooms as a hotel name with big letters. But soon i realised that it is an apartment in a block of flats. Call Gianni if u are struck. Other than this have no complaints.

The staff is super helpful was the very beginning and gave us tips even before arriving to the place. The location of the apartment is very close to the metro station, there is a bus stop right at the entrance of the building as well. You can go for a walk and admire the or example Laterani Church or the colosseum on your way. The room was every clean and cozy, just on the pictures.

I‘ve stayed here for one night and it was lovely! I arrived very late but that was no problem. After I woke up I was welcomed with a lovely breakfast and some tips for my stay in Rome :)

The room is in a perfect location, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The check-in was very smooth and Maria welcomed us in the best way. She's super friendly and accommodated every request we had. The room is clean and the breakfast is properly Italian style.

We loved how Giovanni was so helpful even we couldn't meet in person, everything was perfect.

Rome Central Rooms was the best choice for our trip. It is well located (~15 min walk to the Colosseum). Lots of things to see and lots of information about them and about Rome from Gianni.

The location is perfect, near the metro station, close to all of the important spots in the city, room is beautiful, clean, bed is super comfortable, the host is so nice, I really felt like at home.

The amenities in this B&B were fantastic. We had coffee and breakfast in the kitchen each morning and loved the variety. It was also great to have a TV with Netflix in the room.

Host was nice and kept the area very clean. Don’t have a delay and try to call you be stuck paying.

Host did a good job giving recommendations and keeping area clean. Was very open and impressionable. Area was a pleasant stay and prob better then most hotels.

Communicating outside of WhatsApp was an issue. Not accommodating to flight/train delays. Had pay for two nights although stayed less then 24 hours. Not sure if this is a booking.com issue or host issue, not satisfied with lack of flexibility on cost of first day.
