Localization was good. There is a metro station nearby and, supermarket and amazing pizza shop.
1. Its not even single apartment, its just a room in shared apartment, so the walls are very very thin and you can hear every single talk from your neighbor.
2. The bathroom is very small, its hard to use toilet or shower for a person who exercises and its bigger than average person. But even for a normal person its still gonna be difficult
3. City tax is not included in price, I mean you are paying so much money for some tight room and you still have to pay extra for city tax.
