Very nice and clean hotel, also staff were nice and professional, we just want to specifically recognize Ana from breakfast buffet she was very nice and friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel for your family vacation.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We walked every day to all tourist sites. Metro 10 minutes away if you don't like walking or can't walk far. Lots of restaurants and shopping in area. Very safe and clean area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the metro, restaurants and the staff was pleasant.
We did not, but should have asked the staff how to connect the phone in the room. Not a big deal for us.
I would recommend it, if budget is a consideration. It’s not one of the high priced hotels downtown but clean.
