The property was well located, walking distance to the metro and in a quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean and quiet. Staff was efficient and courteous. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast provided was very good. Don’t have any complaints and will definitely book this hotel again.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Excellent good quality breakfast. Within walking distance of the Aurelian walls an the Appian way.
a very minor matter - would prefer a mug instead of the paper/plastic beakers for the tea/coffee in the room

Having breakfast available and the security of the facility was great
Having a broken aircon for 3 of the 4 nights stay. Little feedback from staff unless asked. Would have loved a kettle for coffee/tea in the room. The facility is a convent which I was not aware of until we arrived.
