Location is great. It was very quiet and away from the touristy areas, but it was still a lively area and close enough to all the places you’d want to visit. There is a big park nearby also that I imagine in the spring is quite beautiful. The unit is exactly as pictured, and they provide many amenities that you’d expect at a hotel, including toiletries, daily cleaning etc. It’s also quite safe, multiple locks and a lockbox inside. Communication from the property manager was thorough and helpful as well.
Honestly, no complaints. It’s great for a cheap stay in Rome if you just want a place to sleep, the mattress was quite comfortable too. You could also work from here, there was a work desk, internet was fast, AC worked well, plenty of good lighting in the room.

Service and communication was 10/10. The property was newly renovated so felt nice.
The location is considerably far from Rome, this wasn’t an issue during the day, but for an evening there wasn’t much going on in the area and was too far to travel back into Rome centre.
I also stupidly didn’t realise that it was a shared facility, a kitchen with 3 bedroom doors coming off it to our rooms. In the end this didn’t bother us, but if I had have read properly I probably wouldn’t have booked it, but that’s only my preference, my husband loved the extra amenities that it provided!
