it was very clean and tidy, staff greeted us on arrival and explained our stay. It was safe and quiet at night, with a very good location, roughly 5 min walk to colosseum !
It wasn’t what i expected, it is advertised as a hotel but is more like a AirBnB. It is a corridor of an apartment block that has been changed into hotel, feeling like student halls more than a hotel! Also there is no signage on the outside so is hard to find.
Also, the bed is rather uncomfortable!

Very close to Colosseum, handy supermarket within walking distance.
Pictures are bit deceiving, not what the room looked it. Shower is really poor, water is not very warm and pressure is extremely low. Room floor was very dirty and not ideal that our 11month old baby kept picking food scraps from the floor.
Room was covered with dust on the floor and requires a deep clean.
Instructions at the hotel was you cannot keep A/C on whilst you are away else you will be charged extra fees. I am not sure how this is tracked which is slightly concerning from a privacy perspective. As a guest, roaming around in Rome when the temp is 36 degrees plus, you expect to come back to a nice and cold room.
We got room with colosseum view which is very misleading. Only way to view colosseum from your room is you need to pop half your body outside the window and you get see a small slice of colosseum. This is again very misleading.
Lift to your room is so small, can hardly fit a suitcase and yourself. Very old school lift, if you are travelling with a family or few friends, you will need to do several trips.
