Giulia was great to deal with and had excellent food recommendations, some of the best we had during our stay.

Location good, bed is comfortable and there was a mini fridge
The toilet is wierd, the shower is small, the walls are super dirty. I also got a pillowcase with old makeup on. The aircon made clicking sounds and streets can be loud. Check out is early at 10. There was only shampoo no conditioner.

Good location near metro.
No change of bed linen for duration.
Had to ask for clean towels or wouldn't have had a change. No tea only coffee. Poor breakfast offer no choice. Dirty floors and had to buy loo roll as didn't replenish on time.
