The location is very nice and close to the metro and main bus routes. The place is clean and quite with all required facilities

The place is in a fantastic location that lets you walk around and explore Rome without much traveling.
There’s no balcony to use, and the room doesn’t get much natural daylight.
But that’s hardly a problem — why stay in the room when Rome is waiting for you outside.

Apart from being a little bit expensive (mostly due to current conditions, not really the owners fault) the location is quite charming. It is in a medium age building, with charm. I especially liked the massive drawers as a furniture piece. The TV was small, but if you are visiting Rome this is irrelevant. There is a common kitchen with enough appliances to get you through.
The apartment was initially a 4-5 bedroom apartment that now has been split into a common hallway and kitchen and individual rooms (I think all have toilets). Really charming
The pricing is a bit high. I do understand that it's mainly because of the current world situation. I personally didn't enjoy the bed (had some back pains)- but my wife did (she also has back pains, and here had none), meaning that this is a personal issue..
