Es una pena que por la mala experiencia de la llegada al alojamiento mi valoración no sea un 10, la habitación esta muy bien, tal cómo se ven las fotos, tiene una zona común muy buena con nevera grande y todo lo necesario para comer y desayunar, buena cama, grande, iluminación bien, almohadas bien, toallas suficientes, limpias, aunque no las cambian, no nos resulto necesario. Habitación silenciosa, algunos ruidos de los dos vecinos pero muy soportable, ventanas aislantes. Es un tercer piso, tiene ventana a la calle, no fue necesario el Aire Acondicionado de pago, fuimos en septiembre.Tiene ascensor muy pequeño, se trata de un edificio antiguo pero bien conservado limpio y con sensación de seguridad. Justo en la equina hay una cafetería que por 7e desayunas, café muy bueno. Además en la calle hay un restaurante y la zona muchos sitios para comer , comprar y tomarte un aperitivo, la zona es muy buena, segura y bien comunicada, parada de metro Re de Roma allí mismo. Nosotros fuimos andando el primer día al Coliseo, queda cerca. En la cocina hay horno, microondas , cafetera , vitro, vajilla , platos , tazas y tienes cuatro mesitas para desayunar o cenar. Tiene wifi. Tiene secador de pelo y aminities en el baño.
En primer lugar, cuando haces la reserva te piden hacer transferencia para el pago, nos resultó extraño y un poco inseguro, pero no hubo problema. Lo pero fue la total desinformación por parte de la propietaria para explicarnos como acceder a la habitación, ESTO NO ES UNA PENSION ,ES UNA HABITACION DENTRO DE UN APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO, por lo que no tiene sentido que a través de la pagina de booking, te exija pagar 10e si quieres hacer el cheking mas tarde, pero si no hay recepción!!!!, te deja las llaves en un cajetin y te dice el código por wasap. No caigais en este engaño, porque asi nos sentimos nosotros. Llegamos a Roma a las 22.00 y no sabíamos si habíamos sido victimas de un engaño. La propietaria no nos contestaba por wasap, llevábamos desde le viernes hablándole, no cogía el teléfono, tirados en la calle a las 24.00, sin saber que hacer. Gracias a una familia italiana que estaba alojada en este lugar y al menos pudimos recogernos en el portal y ellos consiguieron hablar con la propietaria en Italiano, a nosotros yo creo que veía el teléfono español y por eso no nos contestaba, un mal rato horroroso. Cuando conseguimos hablar con ella, nos dio el código de la puerta y el del cajetin para coger las llaves, yo me pregunto ¿ porque no lo hizo desde el día antes? yo pagué mi reserva en el mes de julio, ella sabia que llegábamos y nos dejo tirados en la calle, gracias a esta familia pudimos solucionarlo, no recibimos ni una sola disculpa por su parte, en ningún momento.
Es una pena que tengas un comienzo tan amargo, además esta señora sólo habla italiano.
Por lo demás no hay nada muy malo en la habitación, la ducha tiene una cortina muy pequeña y sale el agua un poco pegada a la pared, a intervalos un poco fría pero es soportable, sería tan fácil poner una cortina mas grande.
No se puede dormir con la ventana abierta, te despertaran los camiones de basura que hacen un ruido de locos , pero a parte de esto la habitación y la zona es tranquila.

Unterkunft liegt ideal - kurzer Weg zur Metro-Station. Zimmer/Bad/Küche sind sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Unkompliziertes check-in u. Check-out, guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder🤗

Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Egal, was wir gebraucht haben oder welche Frage wir hatten-sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, unabhängig von der Uhrzeit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. So viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich nicht oft.
Auch die Lage war super. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichen konnte.
Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft– wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment is in a great location — about a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
It’s a room in a regular apartment, so the kitchen is shared and there’s no reception. We were lucky: at first we had the whole apartment to ourselves, and later very quiet neighbors moved in. Overall, everything is based on trust, and we did wonder what would happen if unpleasant or intrusive people moved in, as it’s not clear who would keep things in order.
The room itself is very clean, and the bathroom has everything you need. Clean, new towels were also provided.
Elena, the owner, explained the best way to get to the apartment. Check-in was self-service — she simply sent us instructions on how to enter. We were a bit nervous at first because she forgot to send the code for the front door and didn’t answer the phone for a while, but in the end everything worked out.
Overall, we liked the place and would gladly stay here again.
The water pressure in the shower was quite weak.
There is no safe or any locked place to leave valuables.
We were visiting the Vatican Museums when I checked my email and saw a message from Elena saying that we were leaving that day and asking if we wanted to leave our luggage after checkout. The problem was that we were actually leaving the next day, so it was clearly a mistake.
A lot of thoughts immediately ran through my head: where were our things? Had someone already gone into the room and packed everything? Maybe new guests had even checked in already. We started calling Elena, but she didn’t answer. We replied to her message explaining that it must be a mistake and asked her to check her information.
She later replied that everything was fine and that they were just cleaning the apartment. But by then we were already worried, so we decided to return to the apartment to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we found a woman and a man there. The woman offered to clean our room, but we declined. Everything was untouched, and even if someone had entered the room, we couldn’t tell.
Our trip to Rome lasted only two full days. This happened on the second day, the day before our departure, so unfortunately it left a slightly unpleasant aftertaste.
