The place is clean, spacious and feels like you are a resident in Rome. We had the room with the bathroom outside the room. This was communicated beforehand and because the other rooms had their own bathrooms, it was still private. There is a kitchen, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, but who needs it when in the neighbourhood there are a lot of nice places to eat and drink.
The metro (2 stations for the redline: Re di Roma and San Giovanni and 1 station for the greenline: Porta Metronia) is nearby and there is a busstop right in front of the building. The public transport in Rome is easy, so you can always get to all the different places quickly.
The Colloseum is about a 15 - 20 minutes walk from the B&B.
The neighbourhood is nice and it's also a little bit away from the craziness of the city centre, which is actually really nice.
For the price and the location, there is really nothing that could be better. Perhaps only the pillows, they are a bit high and hard. But then, I am really sensitive when it comes to that, so that is more of a personal issue.

Clean, nice, nice location, polite hosts, easy communication, good internet, well-connected to the city
It was cold at night, we had no heating or it didn’t work (under the window). My girlfriend ended up with a cold.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the apartment and especially appreciated Lucia.
The apartment was clean, in a great location, had a nice view, and there's a great coffee shop right in the building...."
