Bel appartement calme et pratique.

Calme. Équipements. Table de cuisine et chaises confortables. Propreté.

Bruit de la clim chauffage. Manque de couette - couverture supplémentaire. Douche très petite. Impossibilité de bien ouvrir les fenêtres et risque chute tringle pour la fenêtre côté cuisine.

Nice location however, the aparment was very disappointing

We liked the location of the apartment

Unfortunately the door code was not working so we tried to call the host. We could not reach him and over an hour later he finally showed up. So the communication was very bad. The aparment is really really small (okay for two people) however, the bed was very small as well the bathroom and especially the shower. Which would be okay I guess if there wasn´t so much mold in the bottom of shower. We did not feel it was very clean and we did not feel comfortable at all.

Clean and tidy in general. However, there is no oven , it is hard for us to buy pizza to eat inside the apartment.

A very convenient place. It is just at the port with lots of restaurants around the corner. The metro and bus link are easily accessed.

When we enter the main door at the ground floor, the key code doesn’t work. We have tried 30 min to connect the owner. Luckily, one of the tenant come out from the building. It enable us to go inside the building and enter the apartment in 2nd floor and open the door. One set of key was put inside the apartment. Thus, we can go out and come in freely.

Old Port Apartment.

The apartment was close to all of the known tourist attractions, so close to the old port. It had everything that you could want except for an oven, rather a microwave oven instead. It was easy to keep in touch with the staff.

The stairs were a problem for my wife as she recently hurt her leg, but the positives outshone this negative.

The location and the equipment was quite good - fridge, kitchen. It was quite spacious and again the location.... I enjoyed also the hot water after a long day.

I have never ever been in a restaurant, where I was asked to clean the dishes and take out the garbage... It was the case here, I did, but I do not think it would have been my duty... The towels were clean, but worn. The tap was broken, the shower cabin was so small, that I could not wash my feet without opening the door. The apartment is for max. 3 people, the second bed was very narrow and small, the walls were speckled. The apartment was shady and there was no communication after a question... Not recommended

Central location with bedbugs included!

Central location.

This apartment has bedbugs! The morning after our first night, my partner woke up and found 2 bites on his legs. We thought they were mosquitoes, so we did not say anything. The next morning we woke up and found more than 10 bites on his leg. We searched around the bedroom and found nothing but bedbugs hide in the wood, and you can’t really see them during the day. Because we only had one night left (we only booked for 3 nights) and we didn’t feel like changing flats, we did not report this incident to booking.com. We hoped for the best! When we were leaving, after we felt that it was necessary to report this to protect other travellers from this problem. We then reported it to Booking.com, who asked us to contact the owner for compensation. The owner said they never had this kind of problem (obviously) but unfortunately it happens. The owners refused to give us any type of compensation for this incident. We did not ask for a full refund or any specific amount, we just thought they would give us a small 10 or 20% reduction, but the owner refused. So if you want bedbugs come to this apartment! Also the bathroom has a lot of mold around the floor, sink....not that nice. Could be fixed

Perfect location to explore Marseille

Perfect location right in Vieux port Very helpful staff Good amenities (washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, smart tv) The apartment is clean

Windows overlook the restaurants vents, so you get noise and smell all the time We did not find extra sheets for the sofa bed but were provided when we asked for them

Only location is good.

Bedsheets was smell. Room runs down. Hard to find and no direct lift to the unit. Need to chase host for how to check-in.

Incredible location. Convenient. Great value.

Location location location! The apartment is literally 6 steps from the harbor. The apartment was clean and well designed. I'd stay again.

The shower was very small, there's not even room to turn around. The keypads are finicky and not reliable. Beds weren't great.

The studio is beautifully furnished. It has everything it needs. It is clean and cosy. The location right next to the port is great!

It took always 2-5 tries to open the door, both the main entrance to the byilding and the apartment door. The wine opener is missing.

The internet didn’t work, we asked for help but still didn’t work. Also there were some insects in the kitchen.
