Located in Cocoa Beach, this lovely condo for $116 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Unit 211 is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. A significant benefit to this unit is that you can comfortably sleep six people in the two bedrooms without having to use a pull-out sofa or part of your living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room if needed. This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool and a putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. We were totally happy with the condo. The bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well supplied, there was even beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc. available for our use. The pool was nice and large. We had covered parking right at our doorway. The property was quiet and relaxing. The location couldn't be better - right on the beach, 3 doors from the pier, walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. It was a great stay all around and we will definitely stay there again.

Has been great and Drew has been very helpful and understanding. I am a nurse and my hospital was closed. I found a job in Rockledge and have been staying here until my house closes. This place has been great for my family and I as a temporary home. Plenty of things to do in trying times

Very clean well taken care of. Very nice showers and air conditioning. Very nice having beach access, & beach amenities. Good location for shopping and dining. Slight ant infestation & closet door was broken, but nothing that ruined our vacation in the slightest. Views at the pool, and a partial beach view. Quiet property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway. Condo had a nice upstairs/ downstairs floor plan. It is a short drive to restaurants and just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Nice pool available in the center of the complex. Only complaint was the beds are on the firm side- but that's just preference. Overall, great stay.

Had a lovely time in Cocoa at the beach with our puppy. Everything in the until was perfect, and owner was very helpful. Even the property managers gave us tips to view the SpaceX rocket launch. Would definitely stay again.

Great pool- large and deep. Easy walking access to beach. Good quality beach accessories which we used every time we went to the beach. Drove to SeaWorld one day- was an easy drive. Loved the layout of our unit with 2 floors- allowed early risers to enjoy morning coffee while sitting on the balcony with no worries about waking kids. Wish there would have been a guide for the TV- what channels were available. Did have some troubles with the TVs especially in the bedrooms turning those on and connecting to the cable. Other rentals we’ve been in have had a guide of sorts- things to do, places to eat, local churches, golf courses, trolley services, etc... and a journal for guests to write in. We didn’t have a lot of time to research the trip so would have loved a guide or journal to browse through. We had great weather so it was a great trip!

We loved this amazing Condo. Everything was perfect for us. All rooms are good and clean. Enough towels and anything else, what we need was there. Shops, Restaurants, Pool, Beach are directly and very close to the condo. Drew was very helpful and friendly. So we are sure, that we will come back again.

It was just like being at home. Drew provided everything we needed. My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and didn't want to leave. It was very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back for sure !!!!

We had a great stay . The condo was supplied with all our needs. Location was excellent, as it was near cocoa beach pier, ocean and some good restaurants. Listing description was right on. If your looking for a nice place to stay, this condo is it.

My teenage sons and four year old lab absolutely loved this unit at Cocoa Beach. My husband and I enjoyed it a lot as well. It is convenient, well stocked with essentials and close to everything. Drew is a great host and we have used his properties repeat times. We will contact him again if we are traveling to Florida.

The location of the condo is excellent. It's an hour away from Orlando and a half hour to the airport. There is a private access to the beach which is steps away.The condo itself is dated and average for the money. I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. The owner is responsive but he should inspect it more often and more thoroughly.Because of rust and pealing, I suggest he replace as much metal and wood as feasible. Not the owners fault but the pool area is very restrictive. Overall, it's not a bad place but could be better with refurbishing.
