I want to say that this is an amazing place in every aspect of your stay—from the moment you arrive, to the amenities, to the location.
It’s very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, and on top of that, it’s probably the best location in Gaeta, because you have a stunning beach to your right and a beautiful old medieval town to your left—and you’re practically right in the middle.
There are shops and small cafes near the house (5–6 minutes away), and it’s very quiet here. I really relaxed.
I’d especially like to mention the team—Lucia, Daniela, and Gaetano. They create an incredibly cozy and welcoming atmosphere where you don’t really feel like you’re staying at a hotel; it feels more like you’ve come to visit relatives or friends.
All in all, I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for any kind of vacation and for any group of people :)
A tip for those who have difficulty getting around: Ask for a room on the first floor. For us, of course, this wasn't a problem.

La struttura molto carina e pulita, la camera abbastanza grande, bagno bello
La colazione, purtroppo sia io che mio marito non amiamo la colazione dolce e in struttura hanno solo quella. La prima mattina abbiamo mangiato una ciambella ma la seconda ci siamo comprati del crudo e del pane e abbiamo mangiato le nostre cose, non dico chissà che ma un cornetto salato o del salume potrebbero utilizzarlo, non a tutti la colazione dolce piace . La signora però è gentilissima e molto simpatica

Il personale era molto disponibile, la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, non ho capito se era presente un servizio di lavanderia.
Il fono per i capelli funzionava male ed odorava di bruciato, meglio portarselo da casa.
