Praticamente tutto: la camera, lo spazio cucina, la posizione, il signor Fabio, eccezionale, disponibile e simpaticissimo. 🤩

Great shared guest house, great location, greatservice, great A/C!

I usually stay in Hotels, but decided to try this shared guest house. We had our own bedroom and bath with nice stand-up shower. The A/C was great in our room as was the Internet speed. The manager was also very nice and accommodating! This place is basically a three bedroom apartment, so we had access to a shared kitchen. Honestly, we only saw one person from the other two rooms, so it was almost like we had the whole apartment to ourselves most of the time... I'm not sure if the other two bedrooms were rented or not. They stock the kitchen with water, lavazza coffee, some snacks... You also get to have coffee and a croissant each morning for breakfast at a restaurant about 5 minutes walk. Also, you can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the experience!

I'm being very picky, but I think a smart TV in each room would be great... I like to be able to stream Netflix and such. Also, the energy efficient bulbs are bright, I think some of the fixtures with dimmer bulbs would be great. No one wants to feel like they are in an office all the time.

Great location, clean room with everything you need and a nice view of the harbor. Also great the offer to get a parking license.

Good value and very convenient

Nicely furnished and clean room, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the sea view and the little balcony. I likes the breakfast bar, nice personal. The host was very communicative snd helpful. We talked via whatsapp. The parking pass was very useful.

Cozy room, well located

The facilities were nice, and the location was excellent, close to the beach and close to the old town. But definetely the best part was the host. He was very attentive and gave us good recommendations.

Lovely few days.

Parking was on the street which were were very narrow.

The perfect stay in a perfect surrounding

What you see is what you get! This is for sure applicable with tra ciele e mare. Fabio is waiting for you to give you a very warm welcome, he is most helpfull with everything and could not have a better host. Breakfast is at a location nearby the appartment, also in the appartment are coffee, juice, water and sweets/toast available. The complex has a roof terrace with beautiful view off the harbour.

A great stay at a top B & B!

Fabio is a wonderful host who makes everything for you for a good stay, for example a really good restaurang recommendation, The flat is new, beautiful and well equipped. Great seaview. The position is the best in Geata close to everything.
