Fabulous view w location and , w/o a doubt, THE most attentive and special staff!! Our awesome chef ,Delfino, put any 5 star restaurant to shame! Salvador, r bartender, guide, and best pal was priceless! The other staff jmembers were discrete and perfection! Cannot wait to do this again!! Miss them all!! Congrats on a superb job!!

I planned a trip for 6 couples to celebrate two 40th B'Day parties and from the minute I first contacted the property manager, Ginny, I could tell that this house was going to be perfect for our group. We were greeted at the airport by the house manager, Aldo, who immediately gathered all of our luggage and got us in the cars for the 15 minute ride to the house. Upon arrival to Casa Cielo we were welcomed by the full staff with trays of freshly made margaritas and some delicious appetizers. The house is amazing and even nicer than the pictures. Although the master is the biggest, all of the rooms are incredible and most have a private negative edge jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. Once we settled in, the barman took over and kept the drinks flowing. Salvador was an incredible bartender and was our best friend by the time we left. He memorized everybody’s drink and we never found ourselves with an empty hand:). The house manager, Aldo, was all over every detail and we met every morning to make sure all of our expectations were met and that there were no surprises with respect to our expenses. I don’t even know where to start with the chef, Delfino. He worked morning, noon, and night with his staff to make sure we were never hungry. Ginny will provide you with a menu once you book the home where you will be able to pre-plan some of your meals. There is a table outside with the most amazing view that comfortably seats 12 where we ate all of our meals. Our first dinner consisted of lobster, mahi mahi, tuna, shrimp, fresh vegetables, and many other sides that blew our minds. It was truly some of the best food we had ever tasted and we only ate out one meal (Amuleto - an amazing boutique restaurant that is walking distance from the house) the entire time we were there. He made us breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day and by the second night we just told him to "surprise us" and the menu just kept getting better every night! The view from the front deck is truly mesmerizing with a view of the beach and bay during the day and the hillside lights at night. Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and the outside bar was a huge gathering place for us. Short 5 min ride to Playa la Ropa Beach. We are already planning our next trip!

It's hard to put into words how BEAUTIFUL the property is.... the views are INCREDIBLE (swimming around in the pool while peering out over the ocean is just breathtaking!), the lodgings pristine and very spacious- - all are housed in lovely individual villas-- and to top it off, during our trip we were given access to a full time, friendly and accommodating staff! The best part is you never have to leave the property... so if you are in the mood for relaxing while taking in amazing views and staying in a clean, lovely environment then Casa Cielo is for you!!

I've vacationed in Mexico a lot and Casa Cielo is by far the nicest place I've EVER staid! It is pure paradise. The view, from every part of the property, is breathtaking. The villas are insanely nice with huge, extremely comfortable beds and private dipping pools and outdoor showers peering over the bay. The staff are top notch, they're super friendly, speak English, make killer margaritas, keep the property spotless, and the chef prepares delicious appetizers and meals. There is no need to even leave the property because it has everything you could ever want in one place! I'm already dying to return to Casa Cielo!

Awesome Place and Wonderful Staff
The house came very highly recommended and did not let down. My family and I stayed for 6 nights and did not want to leave. The house if gorgeous and the set up is perfect. The view form the house is stunning and can only be seen not described. The amenities are great as well. The location is perfect with a quick walk you can be on the beach. BUT the staff is the star of the show taking care of everything we needed from driving to getting tee times and deep sea fishing charters and even bar-tending. The also assisted with shopping helping translate and making sure everyone was taken care of. The chef is out of this world. Cooking wonderful dishes with the freshest ingredients. My fiancee's birthday was the last night we ere there and the staff decorated and had a birthday cake for her as well. Wonderful house and great vacation.

Happy Campers from Georgia!
We stayed for 7 days at Casa Cielo and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house is impeccable, clean and in perfect condition. The view is to die for and never gets old. The real gem here is the staff! We were so well taken care of by everyone it made coming home even more difficult. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. When we come back to Zihuateno we will definitely stay at Casa Cielo.

Montana friends
As 4 couples from Montana, we needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. This house did all of that and then some. Each bedroom was complete with a very comfortable bed and full bath. The pool, pool bar and bartender were all extraordinary! The entire house was exquisite from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The staff was the most professional and amazing of any we had ever experienced. The chef, Delfinio,made the most fantastic meals we had ever eaten. The bartender, Philippe, was fun and always spot on with the drinks and service. The driver took us any place we wanted to go and at any time. The cleaning staff was incredible and paid such attention to detail. It was such an amazing experience for all of us! Thank you, thank you to all of the staff at Casa Cielo!

Magical Vacation at Casa Cielo
My family stayed at Casa Cielo in November 2013. We were somewhat nervous that the website pictures wouldn’t match reality and we were right…Casa Cielo is one of those rare gems that is better than what the photos show. We were greeted at the airport by Hubert, who wisked us away from the airport with ease and had stocked a cooler with drinks for our 20 minute drive to the house. Our excitement grew as we winded our way up the hill to Casa Cielo. The staff had lined up for us as if were royalty to greet us and a delicious Casa Cielo Margarita was awaiting on a tray as we entered the home. The home…Let’s just say it is an unbelievable architectural achievement with beautiful art, top of the line materials, crafted to accentuate the unbelievable views of both the Bay and surrounding Sierra Madre mountains. We drew straws for the rooms, but honestly, they are all amazing and beautiful in their own right and we didn’t really care who got the large suite on the top floor, although, the winner of that room was positively giddy with excitement. Throughout our stay DelFino, the Chef, cooked us amazing meals, from very refined 5 star restaurant meals to typical Mexican street food…every meal was amazing in its own right. At one point Huber came in with a huge Mahi Mahi that he had personally selected at the dock from the fisherman who caught it…it was unbelievably fresh and we hung around to watch them filet it and slice up some fresh sashimi for us on the spot…very cool. Felipe, the bartender, was accommodating and made excellent cocktails as well as milkshakes and smoothies for the kids and often anticipated our desires as we lounged and looked at the amazing views. Hubert drove us the 5 minutes down to the Playa Ropa beach daily and even took us on further out surf and snorkel excursions. He was very accommodating and made many trips to various stores to get us specialty items and went out of his way to make our stay amazing. From the home and staff, to the views and beautiful and quaint town, this was an amazing and magical family vacation and we will be back for many years to come.

Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo & Casa Cielo
It’s has been almost 20 Years since I first received news about Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo; therefore when I decided to search for an exotic destination to celebrate a milestone birthday with a group of my closest friends, I settled on Zihuatanejo. I found Casa Cielo (along with a few others) in my online search of Zihuatanejo properties, based on the criteria to accommodate 16-20 people and eventually confirmed the booking site unseen.
It was a first time to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area for my 14 guests and I; With Casa Cielo as our wonderful home for 7 days, we were all beyond impressed to say the least. The location, views, cleanliness, spacious and well appointed bedrooms/suites, common areas for socializing and very attentive staff did not disappoint.
Everyone was truly pleased with the property, its location and amazing service provided by the staff, there were days when most decided to relax at the property rather than explore the beach or surrounding town.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a similar type set up.

An amazing trip to Zihau!
In April 2013, 40 friends flew to Zihuatanejo for a wedding celebration. Eleven of us rented Casa Cielo for the week. Wow! A private resort for our group. Information about the villa and Zihuatanejo was provided before we arrived. The staff at the villa was amazing. Hubert the driver extraordinaire kept us moving about the bay when we could force ourselves to leave the pool and incredible view from the deck. The food was incredible and saved us mucho pesos as they shopped locally each day for produce and seafood. We all highly recommend Casa Cielo.

Beyond our expectations!!
CLEARLY Casa Cielo was absolutely the best vacation rental that we’ve EVER had!
The views from every single room are breathtaking. The view of the infinity pool that melts into the ocean vista is incredible. The mountains are not just one mountain, but layers upon layers of blues and purples. Stunning! The house is furnished in a contemporary style that is extremely comfortable. We watched movies at night in the media room that is decked out in big, fat leather
The staff was stupendous. They were not just competent, but so sweet and genuine and thoughtful. The cook did a fabulous job. Be sure to ask for the coconut shrimp and the green enchiladas. We had ceviche every single day for lunch. She’ll cook whatever your heart desires for any and every meal. And the head of the staff was available to drive you to the beach or to the artisans market—or to wherever you wanted to go. He oversaw the staff and somehow read our minds and knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked.
And the house was perfect. It is perfectly cared for. Nothing neglected. And I loved the little touches...the fine shampoo, the bathroom supplies, fabulous linens and towels...Everything is top notch.

Magical and Breathtaking House of the Sky
There is no better time to visit this place than summer, yet all year this place is magical. My girlfriend and myself were swept away into a world far divided from ours and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff and delicious homemade fresh ceviche.
The expansive abode high atop a secluded hill overlooks the gorgeous bay of zihua, the exit from the bay into the endless ocean and the lush tropical forest that contrasts the ocean and playfull activity of beach goers below.
There is nothing left to imagination in this hilltop escape from the infinity pool/ multiple dipping pools to the casita including a gym/work out room, kids playset for family time, home entertainment system with surround sound reaching the far corners of the house, to the touch of class and tropical charm that should not be forgotten. Even the beds are the highest quality that lure you in to stay however the beauty of hte culture, activities of zihua encourage you to leave.
This is a tropical escape for the family, the honeymooners, the group get-togethers or any of the above combinations. This place should be on everyones' radar when it comes to a luxurious escape.

Incredible Home In Mexico
This house is truly the most incredible place that I have ever been to especially with its priceless views and top of the line service. Whether you want to have an entire family or a corporate business retreat, this house has all the amenities to fit anyone’s needs. We had 6 baby sitters, 4 cooks, a driver, and a bartender attending to us at all times. You can be assured that your kids are in good hands and that your family will be safe 24 hours a day. One of the most impressive aspects about this house was its remarkable architecture. You would have to see it in person to appreciate its fine craftsmanship and finishes.
If you want the finest service, the most incredible food, and pure relaxation; then I highly recommend staying here.
