Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full sized). The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the front deck. Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels. Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided. Charcoal grill. Wi-Fi and 3 Smart tv's (no satellite or cable) Check in after 4 pm/Check out by10 am. Responsible Party must be 25 years of age or older. Our hostess kept in constant communication on an issue that needed resolved somewhat quickly. Fortunately we arrived on a Thursday, so Friday we were able to get things resolved making the upper bedroom in top shape for future guests!

The house is beautiful. My ONLY suggestion would be to have basic cleaning supplies and seasonings on hand. Also, only one skillet large enough to cook for the amount of people we had with us.. so we had to cook in separate increments, then warm it all up afterwards. Other than that, we really enjoyed the property, and the host was amazing with her quick responses and information.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Short easy walk to the beach. Owner very prompt and responsive. There is a tv in the multiple bed bedroom, living room and upstairs room. No door or privacy in upstairs room. Only thing was the pots and pans weren’t the best and the grill outside is small. Be fine for a couple that was to use it but a family with several people was challenging. Over all great place to stay and have already talked about coming back

The home was very clean and exactly as listed. There was plenty of room for our large family and the home was located in the perfect area, close to everything but on a quiet road. We had a great time.

Location was great . nice easy walk to beach . Found few issues that need attention: the plug up stairs behind the bed needs fixed, the lamp is plugged into it but I was gonna plug a phone charger into it and it was sparking so just left it alone . Didn’t have trash bags. No dish soap either. This last two things should’ve been supplied

The beach house was in a perfect location! Just off the strip between the bay and the beach which gave enough room from the strip to be quiet, yet convenient. We had a great stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. Very clean and convenient. Only a 8 minute walk to the beach and that area of the beach we were allowed by the lifeguards on duty to put up our 10'x10' pop up canopy. They said the other area they were prohibited. We placed it near the back by the dune so the lifeguard still had a good view of the beach area. The house was great and very clean. It had a well equipment kitchen and nice porch to sit on during the evening. Very quiet during the day and night as there were lots of construction of new properties going on a few blocks down from us but we didn't hear any of it. I would stay here again rather than even looking for somewhere else to stay next time. We had a great vacation!!

Nice place. The house was clean and easy to find. Centrally located from everything. The motel/condo place next door had a lot of loud people, that kept us up late due to their noise. Otherwise, was a good place to stay.

House does get warm. There is no ceiling fans in any of the rooms or living room. Bring a fan. Only two TV’s in the house. All in all great property for the rate.

This very spacious roomy house on the quite side of beach facing the lagoon was spectacular!! Walking distance to every thing you could ask for! We all loved it!!

The house was as described. Clean! Kitchen was great. Location was great. loft master bedroom might not work for people who wanted more privacy. Worked great for us though. Skillets and knives could be updated :-). I'm sure that's hard though because guests might not always be respectful with your property. No complaints though. It was a wonderful experience. Couldn't have been an easier process to check in. All of the people in my party, four adults, loved the home and had a great time :-)

Fantastic property!! Close enough to everything that it is just a short drive away but far enough away that it is calm and quiet. Property was very clean and well maintained. Would 100% stay at this location again and again. The walk to the beach is very short and simple so don’t let it not being on the beach stop you from staying here.

It was a great house. It could use more in the kitchen. There were 3 coffee pots, but they didn't all work, and there were old grinds in 2. Having said that, my grandson broke a lamp shade as we were leaving, so I was glad I had damage insurance. The property was near the beach, but we had to drive. The parking was limited but free. The beds were great, linens were wonderful, and the living room furniture was comfortable.

The house was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and store. The only things that discouraged me were the cleanliness. There was candy wrappers in the sofa, bed linens not completely clean. The dishes in the kitchen were a nightmare. The pan in the broiler tray at bottom of stove had baked on cookies and chocolate still, the tongs in the drawer had good on them. The coffee makers didn’t work and one of them under the cabinet still had coffee grounds molded in the maker from who knows when. Everything was nice but the cleanliness made me cringe.
