The property is still being completed only needing front landscaping and a concreted driveway but the house is ready to come, enjoy and relax. Kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances. Laundry consists of a dryer, washing machine and a 2nd toilet off to the side. Back yard has a decent size grassed area for kids to kick a ball. An Outdoor shower is accessible near the back garage to wash off all the sand after a day at the beach or fishing. Private parking behind a locked gate. Security cameras are installed around the perimeter. Outside cameras have been installed for security when property is not booked. Pillows, Quilts and Blankets are provided. Bed Linen is provided for the single beds in the first room, Queen bed and double bed only. Any extra bedding must be provided by guest. Towels are provided for 7 guests only, should your booking be for more than 7 guests you will be required to bring extra bath towels.
