Nestled in Holmes Beach, this charming house for $421 per night is a great option for your next trip. Rent with attached duplex Island Vibe 3 (VRBO# 1307973) if you need 5 bedrooms! Welcome to Island Vibe 2, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private, heated pool, tropical landscaping, and a private back yard. Located in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. It has one shared wall with the unit next door. From here, it's just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants of downtown Holmes Beach, as well as the Island’s only dog park. This beautiful property will sleep 6 people with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. Plus, there is a pullout couch in the living room! You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. In the backyard, you'll find a large open deck and a covered, shaded area overlooking the pool. We've added solar string lights on the lower patio for enjoying the outdoors during those great Florida evenings. You'll never miss a moment of your favorite sporting event! We have a 55" television in the living room with a DVD player, a 49" television in the master bedroom, a 43" television in the second bedroom, a 43" television in the third bedroom, AND even a 55" television on the outdoor, covered patio! Convenience for our guests is a priority for us! All of the TVs are smart TVs and have streaming television with the Spectrum App. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable television and free domestic long distance calling are all included! Additionally, if you're traveling with little ones or pets, we gladly provide an array of convenient items upon request. We have high-chairs, pack 'n plays, baby gates, fans, and dog crates so you can pack less and enjoy a worry-free family getaway. Just let us know what you need in advance so we can make sure it is ready for you at the property upon your arrival. There is plenty of opportunity for fun and games at Island Vibe 2. Near the pool, there is a storage room that includes a ping pong table, a beach cart, beach toys and lots of beach equipment. Additionally, there is a propane grill and outdoor propane fire pit. We are pet-friendly! Two pets are permitted with prior approval, signed Pet Addendum, and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. We treat for mosquitos from May through August. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. NOISE ORDINANCE: Holmes Beach has a zero tolerance for noise after 10 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 10 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits. We stayed in AMI after Christmas, NYE, and into January for a total of 10 days.
This was a wonderful rental home for friends & family. We loved the outdoor area, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, and larger sized kitchen. The owner/ managers were easy to work with, had great communication, and our check in/out was simple. We had a wonderful time!
We would rent this property again!

Spent a week and this house is very comfortable with large bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms all renovated, looks recently done within this year last year 22 or 23. Incredible private pool with a nice landscape, amazing outdoor terrace and BBQ area with TV, lights for night time, and a heated pool that heats the pool to a comfortable temperature. Great gaming room equipped with everything you need for the pool fun, Or beach. No need to bring umbrellas or beach chairs the house has like up to 10 to 12 to choose from with a beach tent option and a cart to bring to and from the beach. The beach is like 7 min walk just 5 blocks nice walk in the neighborhood. Also, you can drive and find parking. I was there Memorial weekend and found parking if 7 min walk is too much. Sara Host was great. Everything is as described and better. I will return, and my family will also return as new clients. Do not hesitate to rent this property. I was impressed and I’m being totally honest, I have never met Sara before but I will be a return client for sure next time.

The house was great but in need of maintenance, the sink in the kitchen handle kept falling off. The grill had to be replaced by the owner while we were staying there. The water pressure in the guest bathroom was very poor. The pool didn’t want to stay heated even though the owner came over to increase temp and reset timer. But overall we were happy with the home

My wife and I returned here for the 2nd time because of how perfect this house is for us. Ideal location next to restaurants and the beach. House is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Personally, I love the outdoor living room area to watch movies by the pool at night. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Had a fabulous two week stay coming from the UK.. Everything was perfect. House was spotless with lots of space for the four of us. The pool area was amazing with lots of sun beds, pool and beach toys etc. The house itself had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were super comfy with lots of wardrobe space. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and trolley stop.. Overall a magical stay on the island and hope to make it back again soon and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again!

House is well stocked with pots/pans/dish detergent, coffee maker, aluminum foil, towels, lots of beach rafts/toys. The only thing lacking was full sun at the pool. In December the pool is only about a third covered in sun at the most so we were at the beach or sat on the far end of patio to get sun. The pool is heated and was the perfect temperature. Thanks!

The ONLY thing I would complain about would be the master bed....it was pretty awful to sleep on. But everything else was so nice. Well cared for, kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and the outdoor space was amazing. Close to so many things for our family. We had a perfect vacation here!

We loved our stay in Holmes Beach! Communication with Sara prior to the trip and checking in was super easy. The house was exactly how we expected it. It was very clean, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen to cook in, etc. Outdoor area was awesome as well!

Loved the property. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. We were a little skeptical about renting a duplex, but it wasn't an issue. Plenty of privacy. Very well stocked. Especially with everything you need for the beach: chairs, wagon, boogie boards, mats. No complaints, but a small recommendation to anyone who's a hot sleeper, you might want to bring your own sheets. The ones in the unit were polyester. Smooth but very hot. Overall, we loved our stay!
