Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen - equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets. Nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach, you are never too far from any of the incredible amenities that Anna Maria Island has to offer. You can explore by foot, bike or take advantage of the free AMI trolley service as the North and Southbound stops are closely located to the home! Whether you are here to relax, explore or simply spend quality time together with your family - Azure Bliss is the ideal accommodation for you! Home Layout: (Maximum 6 occupancy) Main level • Bedroom 1 - King bed, shares hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination • Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin beds, shares hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination Upper level (2nd floor) • Bedroom 3 - King Master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and walk-in shower and large Walk in closet Features: • Private Pool(heated) and Backyard Oasis • 5 minute walk to the beach • Beach Gear (ALL), Bikes, Ping Pong Table and Corn Hole / Bags for guest use • Central location in Holmes Beach, close to shops, restaurants, and marina (dolphin tour anyone?) *Pool heat is included and maintained at 85F during the months of November thru April. *Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. No Animals Allowed: Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals. Minimum Age: 25 We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy the property unless accompanied by Parent or Guardian No Parties or Events Allowed IMPORTANT NOTES: - Maximum of 6 Total Occupants per City of Holmes Beach (city ordinance / building codes) and House Rules. - You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. - Anna Maria and Holmes Beach have a strict “noise ordinance” which is strongly enforced between 10pm and 7am. - Security device (video camera and sound monitoring) OUTSIDE ONLY (front door, side gate, rear patio) for the safety, security and protection of our home. - License # VRC21-000009 - MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS 6 (SIX)

Excellent property and location. Host was also fantastic and went the extra mile in making us feel comfortable. First time actually staying on AMI and was everything we expected and look forward to. First time using Vrbo and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

This property was absolutely beautiful! I didn’t expect it to look as it did in the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed in a place that was as spotless as this home. The owner was so accommodating and the communication was amazing. This was the perfect size for a family of six. There was nothing that we needed. Everything was provided. Since we stayed in the middle of July, and the weather was extremely hot, we opted to drive to the beach instead of walk. Otherwise the beach would have been easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ana Maria Island, and would definitely revisit.

The property is just as pictured. So clean and pleasant. Kitchen is great and having a washer and dryer is tops! We ran out of garbage bags, and would have appreciated a box of Kleenex in the home.

The home is beautiful and just as described. Joe was responsive to any questions asked and had great recommendations on the island. The bikes, beach/pool gear, and games in the garage were especially helpful and much appreciated. We loved it all!

This property was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean and nicely maintained. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to many local restaurants and shops, all being on a nice neighborhood street. We would love to come back again! Joe passed along great recommendations and was a great host!

The place was perfect for our first visit to AMI! Plenty of space, very clean, private pool, lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Joe was very responsive from our first message and was very easy to work with. He also provided us with suggestions for restaurants, excursions, etc. We were able to walk to The Ugly Grouper for dinner and the location was very centralized no matter where we went on the island. Thanks for having us and we can't wait to come back again! 10/10!!

This was the perfect property for us. It had everything we could possibly need for our 10 day stay. The host was a dream to deal with. Any messages were dealt with promptly. The location is ideal and only a short walk from the beach with all beach gear supplied including trolleys to get everything there. Ugly Grouper and a selection of shops just around the corner. Everything else within easy reach. Fab! If I had to pick one tiny thing to add to the very well equipped property it would have been a full length mirror but this in no way detracted from our experience. Big thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing Beach House with everything you need!
Beautiful home! Location is a quiet neighborhood. Backyard pool is beautifully landscaped. Quality linens, dishes, furniture, and everything you could want for a day on the beach. Joe is super responsive and gives great tips! 8 minute leisurely walk to the public access path to the beach. Tip: Bring the drink cups to the Coquina Beach beach restaurant to save $4 drinks. This was our favorite beach.

Beach Vacation 2021
This was a great property for our family! We went to the beach every day and it was great to have all the beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) at the property. We also really enjoyed the pool! This property is an easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and our evening ice cream. It was also a short drive or bike ride to stores and restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Our family really enjoyed our visit to AMI and we also really appreciated all of the amenities that came with this house!

This is a lovely, impeccably clean and quiet duplex and our group of two adults and three teenaged girls were very comfortable and happy here for the week. The pool is private and warm and perfect for a post-beach day dip. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes and the beach gear provided in the garage is in great condition - as are the bikes which we rode every day! Working with the homeowner was a breeze and we had zero issues during our stay. Will definitely consider returning to this home on our favorite island!

We cooked several meals at the house and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for our small children to enjoy. When Joe says he provides everything for the beach, he means it. There was a pop up tent for the little ones, beach chairs, mats, toys, wagon, etc. We rented a 6 person golf cart to get around the island. It fit perfectly in the garage without moving a thing. There was a large, extended family staying on the other side of the house and we never heard a peep from inside. Oh, and the upstairs shower is AMAZING!
Joe is an excellent communicator and we look forward to coming back again!

The communication with the property owners was fantastic. The kitchen was excellent to enjoy meals together. The pool and lounge area was beautiful, we spent part of our day at the pool and the other half enjoying the very accessible beach. The owners had every accomodation to make the 5 minute walk to the beach a breeze. I have already recommended this property and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us Chicago folks enjoy your island and all the it has to offer.

Wonderful time with family
Found the property to be perfect for our family who brought grandma. Not many stairs and main level bedroom and bathroom. The home was beautifully furnished, with everything we needed! The beach items for us to use were very handy and we had fun with the ping pong table. The back yard with the pool was the perfect for relaxing after the beach and before dinner. I truly appreciated that our checkout chores were limited making packing up very quick and stress free. Thank you Joe and Pam for sharing your home with us! We had a wonderful week making a ton of memories!
