The Gables at Whisky is quite a unique B&B. Our room was very comfortable and quite. Breakfast was soooooo good and it was nice to sit with the other guests to converse. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. The grounds of the home area beautiful as is the scenery while you are in the dining room.

Siebette and AJ were very friendly hosts, we loved getting to know them over their incredible collection of different whiskys. They are able to give good recommendations about the local area for walks, places to eat etc. and it is an ideal location for visiting local distilleries. The B&B is very cosy and beautifully designed. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Hosts are wonderful and fun. Their knowledge of whisky and the local area is great. Location of the property is prefect for visiting distilleries. Would rebook anytime.

Liked the location and the breakfast
Not knowing the roads well getting to Dufftown we arrived early and were turned away at the door since our room was not ready instead of being welcomed and offered a cool drink in the common area. Disappointed us.
At the check in time we were escorted to a very small room on the main floor. Nothing like what we expected.
We were never shown the common room despite other guests being there enjoying a whisky tasting. We did not feel welcome at all. Very disappointing stay
