This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are large and beautiful, just like the bathrooms, and the staff is friendly and sweet. There is a restaurant upstairs that serves a wide variety of healthy and tasty foods, and the restaurant has a breathtaking view, just like the room. If the sky is clear, you might be able to see Mount Agung. You can also enjoy one of the best sunrises just sitting on your room. They have a netflix subscription, so you can just eat, watch tv, enjoy the view, and sleep; life is as simple as that. I must mention a staff name, 'Kadek', who picked us up from the harbor (port) and dropped us back at the port. He also became our driver, baby seater, photographer, and sometimes our bag carrier. But, moreover, as a friend, he made our trip so memorable.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

To have a great view make sure to book the bigger apartment. Clean bed. I would stay there again.

Location, incredible view of sunrise and of the ocean from the cliff terrace of my room, the comfortable bed and the room overall.

The room view
Bathroom was not good, should be more clean and hygienic, some fittings were broken or missing. No intercom facilities there.
