Satisfied

The size of the room and the washroom are larger than expected, the room decoration is nice.

The aircond is to far from the bed so its kinda hot at night, the water is salty like they are using sea water.

Это самый лучший отель Нуса Пениды , у них просто божественно мягкие матрасы , подушки, я спала как в раю , коттеджи шикарные , чистые , с халатами и тапочками , даже с сумкой с которой можно ходить на пляж или к бассейну , кровати с чистыми балдахинами . Я в восторге, обязательно буду сюда возвращаться и всем рекомендовать . Классный бассейн и лежаки с полотенцами , которые сразу лежат и не нужно ходить просить .

Печально что ресторан работает только на выдачу завтраков , было бы здорово если бы они работали весь .

I can recommend the hotel to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with 2 kids 6 and 8y.o. It’s situated a little bit far from such facilities as caffès or port though hotel transfer’s available. Though there’s 1 beach club is just 2min from the hotel. You can have breakfast, dinner and lunch there and enjoy a very beautiful view on islands. First I was confused that the hotel is too quiet and I didn’t know how my kids would appreciate it but the staff was so friendly that finally everyone enjoyed this vacation. Sometimes the staff played with kids. They assisted me and the kids in every task. And kids usually have so many tasks, wishes and questions))) The room was really clean, as well as the swimming pool. So I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much and I am very grateful to all the staff for their support and help. I can’t attach photos coz it’s too personal.

Can't complain for the price.

The staff were amazing attending to our every need and they were really helpful with suggestions about where to go and what to see. The beds were by far the comfiest I'd ever slept in whilst travelling and the pool was nice and big. There is a mini mart 20m from the lobby which was helpful. In room wifi and wifi around the place was good and staff helped with all our transport needs.

The restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, even though it looked derelict(genuinely think it was just closed), breakfast at the hotel was mediocre at best( better off going for a walk to one of the warungs for a decent breakfast) however it was included with the stay. The place is a little far(20 minute walk) from anything resembling a town and the beach is not somewhere you can swim(fishing boats everywhere). The rooms hot water was not hot at all, however it was refreshing given the heat.

Wir konnten uns gut in der Unterkunft von den Unternehmungen erholen.

Das Bett war äußerst bequem.

Dass die Hütte zu viele kleine Öffnungen hatte, wo Insekten durchkommen können.

The location was good.

The hot water is not hot enough.The water is so hard which makes your skin super dry and starts to peel your skin off slightly.I noticed they were building some cottages nearby guess that will be good 🤞.For now I would not recommend this to others.The pictures shown on the website doesn't match exactly.

SUper nice staff. The place looks just like the picture. Tranquil rooms. Comfy beds and breakfast just in front of the beach looking at the ocean was a really nice surprise The bathroom is really spacious, clean and modern.

Due to the room window is facing the way to other rooms you will usually have to close the curtains that makes it to dark inside.

Everything is great. We stayed for two nights and it was a wonderful stay. Specially the service provided by the staffs was amazing. A guy named goom is really very sweet and helpful. All the amenities were top notch. We felt like we were at home away from home. Thank you all the staffs for your hospitality.

Breakfast at opposite restaurant with good view Room quite clean but bathroom. The staff is helpful and friendly but not understand much English so it could miss-understand some times Should book the snokerling tour at Jukung, it's would be much more cheaper than others places

A wonderful, quiet place to call home away from home 🙂

The staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable! We were very impressed with how helpful everyone was and how affordable our stay here was. We stayed a total of 9 days and loved every minute of it. We highly recommend Jukung Cottage and would absolutely stay here again!

Great cottages!

It’s a very nice place and the reception lady is lovely and cute. Cottages are as described and the bathrooms are beautiful. Would come again!

Salty Tab Water. It’s a general problem at he island, but there are solutions for this. The bathroom is so nice, but with salty water you don’t feel to clean after a shower.

Jukung cottage was very nice - adorable and very helpful staff - all was made easy from finding a driver to arranging snorkelling, nice location just across the sea and very close by The Chill cafe for awesome vibes and food !

the location was great. staff were so friendly and helpful. they have bikes to rent so you can sightsee around the island. we loved everything about the place. sunset yoga on the lawn was free. honestly I couldn’t fault the place.

Stained towels and bedsheets Location not that good, no major tourist attraction near the hotel. Either hot or cold water in the shower, almost no inbetween. Pool water was a bit dirty

Peaceful stay

The staff is amazing, super thoughtful with our daughter. Beautiful cottages, the bathroom is spacious and beautiful.
