We had an amazing stay at Cave Beach Bungalows in Nusa Penida! 🌴
The view from the pool is absolutely breathtaking – you can see the volcano right in front of you, with the ocean just steps away from the bungalow. The pool was always clean and well-maintained, which made it a perfect place to relax.
The owner, Agus, and his team were incredibly kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions, always offered support right away, and quickly found solutions to any small issues we faced. They helped us rent a scooter at a very fair price, arranged taxis when needed, and made everything so easy.
The bungalows were cleaned every day, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming at all times.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience – not only because of the beautiful location but also because of the warm hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Nusa Penida!

The view, the swimming pool.
This is an older style Balinese owned and run accommodation. My mistake I'm older and cannot ride a scooter myself. Cost from Bungalows to Western restaurants 200,000- 250,000 Rupiah. That's in and back (1 time only). So AUD$40 - $50 if you going in for two meals. No western coffee available in the immediate area 😢. Local coffee only. Bathrooms (as mentioned in other reviews), definately need a good bleaching and new air freshners inside. My shower did have a number of long hairs on the floor and wall of the shower. Reception area looks messy with dirty linen placed on guest waiting chairs. Small changes, would make a big difference here.
