The hotel was clean and comfortable, and well located. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The food in the hotel was brilliant. The booking was advertised as no breakfast. However in each of the rooms there was tea, coffee and milk and muffins, yoghurts, juice, flapjacks and instant oats to have something to eat each morning.
Bookin.com should have advised that there was a major event in the hotel on our first night and that we would not be able to use the bar or get food! There was a bit of a food smell in my room from the kitchen. I struggled up and downstairs with reduced mobility. The staff were very helpful and offered to take my bags.

A couple of spiders and the bathroom extraction fan could do with an upgrade, due to wet ceiling when showering

A comfortable room in a pub just off the motorway. We had dinner in the restaurant. We hadn't booked breakfast but there was a limited breakfast basket in the room.

The food in the pub was lovely and the bathroom was nice
Room was very noisy. You could hear the person in the room next door moving around and when someone went out the exit door downstairs it would bang and wake you up.
