Great staff and great breakfast but needs a bit of love to the property

The location is excellent-because of the proximity to the lake district and to the station.The atmisphere is nicely informal, but the service is really good.
Breakfast was ok. Huge choice of food.No fruitjuice and (for my part) the tea/coffee should come after not before food.otherwise- all good

It was perfect for our family of 4 and pet dog. Had wonderful stay and next day beautiful English breakfast. Opposite to this site are hills and people who enjoy walking can climb up to the hill and enjoy the scenery.

Super clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
The property was great, the thing that let it down a little was the food. We got there on a Sunday evening and found the menu choice limited with several sold out items. What we did order arrived quickly but the quality wasn’t great.
