I enjoyed that it was hassle free, and was left alone for a few days which is what I wanted! Staff were always available to help with anything via phone or text.
The bed was too soft for me..it gave me a bad back!

Very convenient location for travellers who are using public transport, only a 2-3 minute walk from Windermere train station and interchange. A lovely entrance with cosy rooms, which include a Netflix TV, welcome snacks, and tea sets. Clean and safe environment, as well as lots of dining spaces nearby. I would give 10 out of 10 if they offered a microwave and a private heating system.
Central heating which I couldn't control my room temperature and no microwave.

Excellent location in Windermere - walkable to Bowness and Lake Windermere.
Ruth (the host) was really helpful when we had questions and brought us some more towels within 30 minutes of us texting her!
Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned to a good standard :)
Lack of fridge was a shame, particularly as previous reviews had mentioned there would be one, but when Ruth explained the reason it was understandable.
The room and bathroom are small so travel lightly if possible!

Bathroom fresh and clean, unfortunately no power in the shower, room was tired and dated, sorry but overall 😔
