The staff were really friendly. A casual place basic. Breakfast was lovely small pastries cereals toast is do it your self in the machine or cooked options. Central to the town a 2 min walk if that and a few mins drive to a lovely swim spot. Shower great hot hot water.
Great value for money.
Included was the use of the Damson dean hotel spa (there sister hotel) about a 15 min drive away. Again lovely staff. However dated and unfortunately the pool was cold on the two days we used it. We had a fantastic massage with Sharon and I would highly recommend!
Lovely property however it is dated. The bed sadly was not comfortable a new mattress required. Bathroom fan full of dust and a portable fan full of dust. Maybe has not been used for a while not sure.

Nice breakfast professionally made and served room was great and they were happy to grant our request of twin beds
Shower was difficult to operate at first but we got the hang of it.
