Was greeted by the host when I arrived in front of the property and the room was very clean and spacious so it made the stay more enjoyable. The property was also located close to many shops and various public transport services.

The location was excellent for us to travel to our hikes and to be able to park was also a real bonus. We were able to come and go as we liked. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

Loved our stay, Tracey and Andy were lovely hosts! Our room was so cozy. Absolutely immaculate. Couldn't fault anything. Tea, coffee, kettle and uht milk in the room but there was also fresh milk in the fridge downstairs with milk jugs to take up with you. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom too.
The bed was so comfy. Linen was beautiful too
We will definitely come and stay again

We absolutely loved our stay, the room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were super welcoming and we loved the little touches such as the fresh milk and water for the room. We’ll definitely be back to stay again! Great location as well for exploring Windermere and surrounding areas!
