It’s a quiet place to stay, the air is fresh and meantime walking distance to both Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere.
I give full marks though there’s a problem that there’s no onsite laundry- it’s humid so not suitable for handwashing but the nearest is 10 mins walk

Exceptionally clean. Location ideal.
Everything perfect, great location, suitable for adults as a short stay bolthole, lack of outside areas for relaxation after days out.
