Property is in a perfect location, 2 min stroll to restaurants, bars and shops, the room was homely, spacious and cosy and the staff really friendly

Location was fantastic as a base to explore the lakes. It was a pleasant 25 min walk to town (although all uphill on the way back) but there was also plenty right near the B&B in the way of cafes, pubs etc. parking wasn’t too bad but it is obviously very busy in the day, so if you come back mid afternoon it can be tricky. Overall I will defo stay here again.
My room was fine but I did have several large spiders in there, which don’t bother me (except the one that was in my bath towel that dropped out in the bath as I went to use it). But it could be troublesome for some. Not sure what the property can do about that but it was a thing.

Centrally located &
Stairs to climb , room given was on 3 rd floor , attic converted into room . Check in time 4 pm & check out at 10 am , that’s not appropriate .
