The host was very warm and friendly.
The location is very good. Just 10 mins from the Windmere railway station. 4 mins walk from the bus station and City Centre. Surrounding was safe. Room was clean. The double bed was good.
1. This is just to give an idea on the washroom. It is very small. It was very annoying for me, as I couldn't move at all, the shower space is also very tiny.
2. The flush of the commode wasn't working, when we press 3 times it works, again very annoying experience.
3. The room is on 2nd floor. The room smelled very wierd as soon as we entered.
4. They cleant the room after our first night but, the cups weren't washed. Nor were the towels changed.

Location.
3rd floor room with very hard to manage stairs. Parking was expensive and not guaranteed.
Be wary if you have difficulty with stairs.
