Very comfortable, clean, tidy. Had everything you needed.
Fabulous breakfast, shower very good, facilities very good.
Couldn’t have asked for a better host.
Free parking permit provided for loads of parking places in the area.
Dogs are very well thought of too.
Close to all local amenities but not close to any noise which was fab for us whose dog barks at anything.
Bed was so comfy too which is a bonus.
There was nothing to dislike.

Comfortable nicely decorated. Very handy for Waterhead and Ambleside halfway between both. Car parking facility.
