There are not staff on site as such but they are so communicative over wats app so no issues there. The bed was so comfortable and the room was ready early. I liked the breakfast situation was a grab and go, it was kind of limited but I liked that there was boiled eggs. Being lactose free obviously I couldn’t have normal milk but there was a fridge so used that for my own and that felt safe doing so. Loads of towels in the room and it was nice and warm and even had a heater. Good room set up for a family. I would stay here again. On one occasion the car park was full but managed to park up the road for free.
Maybe the fact the car park gets full and it’s hard to park if someone doesn’t park right.

The lovely little breakfast sitting area. It had the loveliest views and was well appointed.

The location was great.
We stayed in room 20. The room was not very clean, dead spiders, cobwebs, missing skirting board, mould around the taps. Curtains were only hanging on every other hook. The carpet was very dirty. I was grout missing in the shower room. There was a trickle vent missing from one of the windows which meant the draft was blowing through constantly. Breakfast was unusual!Check out the Tripadvisor reviews rather than booking.com.
