Our room in the block across from the main inn was really good, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic location overlooking the lake, good walks on the doorstep and into Ambleside itself. Staff are an absolute credit to the company. Food was really great. A super dog friendly place, which was lovely and there was also a dog free zone for those that preferred. Onsite parking (can get busy but there is a public car park right next door if needed). Lovely room. Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
