The accommodation is ideally situated in the heart of Ambleside and has easy access to all the shops, pubs and restaurants.
The rooms are very clean and have all the finishing touches you need for a relaxing break.
Breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Warm, fresh and cooked to order.
The hosts, Steve and Caz are very friendly and were a great pleasure to meet. Looking forward to booking again with them, in the future.
If I put something here it would be because I'm trying to find fault, when there wasn't any.

We really enjoyed our stay; Steve is a very friendly and caring host. We had a beautiful front side room with large windows and really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is perfect close to town and the parkingspace is a big plus.

The property was in the middle of Ambleside close to restaurants, shops lakeside which was a perfect location.
It was clean & comfortable would definitely stay there again đź‘Ť
Steve & Caz were fantastic hosts to all their guests & breakfast was delicious.
