Great location, the room was spacious and a very helpful and hospitable host.
The beds could have been a bit comfier, otherwise everything was great.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. The B&B is in a great location. Easy walking into Ambleside centre (about 5-10mins), Grasmere 10 mins away by car and its on a bus route. Ample parking on site. Breakfast was very... very nice.
I thought the property was a little tired looking. I understand it's an old property but I thought some things could have been presented better. Having said that, I thought it was great value taking into account where it is positioned (with parking) and a wonderful breakfast.
