Room was nice but very dark toilet was very difficult to flush but clean and tidy lovely fluffy towels bed was comfy
Saturday morning breakfast was chaotic but we did go down at 9am there should have been more staff in both the restaurant but especially the kitchen as had to wait for hot food as only one person doing the cooking and he was under unneeded pressure to get food out and fried eggs were hard

The bedroom and bathroom were modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all very welcoming, pleasant and efficient
Good location, 25 min walk into Kendal.
The pool was not as expected. Small dark and dingy

The menu in the Bar/Restaurant area
Had to use the restaurant menu for dessert
Again very expensive for what was described
Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay £10 per night to pack at the hotel with no other option
This isn’t right when other visitors don’t pay

"Hotel was lovely for a short break. We also used the spa facilities and had massages and facials which were lovely and highly recommended. Breakfast has lots of choice and was delicious."
