My lovely house is brand new modern private very clean home with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with sofa bed. Walking distance to Jazz Fest Fairgrounds New Orleans , grocery, restaurants and bars. 2 miles to City Park Voodoo Fest, French quarter festival and more 3 mile uber or taxi drive to the French Quarter, casino, river walk and more. Look no longer this location is close to the big city without all the big city hassle! Ready to experience New Orleans then stay in the heart of NOLA. Bedroom 1- King Bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom 2- Queen Bed Bedroom 3- Queen Bed Living room queen sofa sleeper You will enjoy the entire house. driveway and fenced yard. Lovely neighborhood in a new home beautifully decorated for comfort and socializing. I guarantee more fun and New Orleans culture than you expect all within minutes from this New Orleans home. Things to do: The French Market is vendors selling items from paintings to NOLA trinkets. Cafe Du Monde Beignets they are a must try New Orleans Classic New Orleans Carriage Ride 5 Star tour going thru the streets of New Orleans learning history about New Orleans Im sure you never knew. St Louis Cathedral its another must see landmark. Bourbon St grab a drink or 2 and enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Our locals are extremely nice and welcoming.

We visit NOLA several times a year to see my son and his family and we are always on the hunt for a great vacation rental, this one just made our favorites list. The home is just as pictured, actually better. Very clean, comfortable and good location. Huge perk and uncommon in Nola, a driveway for safe, off-street parking. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to everything. Kitchen is newly remodeled and well stocked. Master bathroom is great with large walking shower and separate soaking tub.
We will definitely be back.

Everything about this property was fantastic from the time we booked until we left. We had another property cancel last minute and this ended up being better anyway!
The property manager was nice, the house was clean, the neighborhood was well lit, and it was easy to get to the French Quarter and other NOLA activities.

The house/property is exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean and easy to access. There was plenty of everything needed to enjoy this space for four nights with little touches like extra plush blankets in the closets of each bedroom.
I can’t express how gracious and accommodating the host was from the beginning to the end! They do not require cleaning prior to checking out which is a plus but we still did the minimum and cleaned up after ourselves.
I would recommend renting this property and would rent again for my next trip to NOLA.

This house well suited our needs. The host was also easy to communicate. It is located across the street from a car wash which means that It is very well lit at night. This is an added comfort.

We were very happy with the house. Very homey and cozy! We all slept very comfortably. There was some construction going on which made it a bit difficult to get an Uber but not really a big deal. The host was very accommodating the last day we were there and we’re so grateful for that.

My stay was exceptional, starting with a seamless check-in process. The house was spotless and situated in a fantastic neighborhood. Most notably, the host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had.

The house was beautiful everything clean well kept… the master bed was so comfortable. the communication with the host was good she responded right back during text.. great location was only 8-10 from everywhere we wanted to go.. Thank you

The house was adorable. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure would stay there again. The host made everything easy. One of the best parts was the check out process. Most places have a list of things from a-z that they want you do do prior to leaving. Travel is stressful enough, but this host said just leave by checkout time and leave the rest to us. It was a very awesome place to stay at.

I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful.
The space was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The location was also fantastic. Situated in a charming neighborhood, peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, it was conveniently located near various attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

My dad, mom, brother and I loved the property. We felt as if it was our home away from home. The floor plan was perfect for us. The beds were so extremely comfortable and the kitchen and overall home had everything we needed. Rochelle was so awesome with responding when we had questions. We didnt want to leave, lol. I will definite book again when back in NO. Rochelle even picked up trash midweek. Book this property, you will not be disappointed 🙂

Our group of 3 couples stayed here for 4 nights during Jazz Fest. The house is lovely and extremely clean, and it completely matches the photos. Although the surrounding area is busy, the house itself is very quiet. We were able to walk to and from Jazz Fest, which was a huge plus. Our stay was comfortable in all respects. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and kitchen and bath well equipped. We especially enjoyed the Coffee pods! The check in process was easy. The bedroom on the left going down the hall had an extremely hard uncomfortable mattress, making it extremely difficult to get a good night sleep. I would have given this property a 5 star overall review if not for that. .

The house is very beautiful. The pictures match the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. 5 to 10 minutes drive away from everything you need. The owner is very nice and informative. Very easy check in and check out process. We had awesome time in New Orleans.

Beautiful NOLA home
This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Private, off street parking made bringing our own car perfect. We felt completely safe and loved the neighbor/ home maintenance guy. It felt like he was looking out for us and even suggested places to eat and visit. This home has everything that we needed, and looked like the photos. The only suggestion that I have is that there be tvs placed in the remaining two bedrooms. Rochelle was an extremely pleasant host, you can tell she takes pride in her property. I would definitely rent again from her.

The house was really nice and clean. I expected it to be a little closer to the French Quarter’s, but nothing an Uber ride couldn’t solve. I would definitely stay there again.
