About this apartment rental
For lovers of theatrical performances this apartment is located a few steps from the La Fenice Theater. The apartment consists of a large living area with kitchen, dining and living room all overlooking canal, two bedrooms one with double bed (possibly transformable into two singles) and one with one and a half bed, two baths complete with shower in elegant mosaic signed Bisazza. Air conditioning and heating. Equipped kitchen. Wi-fi internet connection. Bath towels and bedding.
If there was a 5 person staying and not booked on booking, there will be an addition of 50 euros per night plus 20 euros of linen. Pay at your arrival.

Roberto was very clear when communicating before check in. Once we arrived in Venice, Roberto handed us off to Silvia. Silvia was super awesome and incredibly helpful during our entire stay. We were kind of needy because it was our first time in Venice. She responded very quickly and was always helpful. She was so helpful getting us private taxis and helping us with communication and how to get around. She was just very helpful in every way. Now for the place it self. It was so cute and quaint and very clean and the location was off the charts great! We could walk to everything Venice has to offer! Gondolas were literally going by right outside the apartment all the time and they aren't even a meter away. Just an awesome experience!! Highly recommend

Really fun with the gondolas passing by. You can hear them and the best was the singing. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice common area for the four of us. WiFi isn’t great anywhere in Venice.

It was centrally located with the added bonus of being on the canal.

What a great little apartment. Everything was within walking distance. There is a gondola loading deck outside the dining area window. The bathrooms had heated floors and towel racks which was a nice surprise. Only downside is that it does get noisy in the morning due to the water taxis and workers
