+ the view was as described - we really fell in love with it;)
+ the beach is super close, less than a minute from the apartment by foot
+ safe, enclosed parking spot
+ apartment itself has all the basic commodities You could want in such place
+ host is super helpful, we received countless instructions, support and a welcome gift
+ countless shops and restaurants nearby, and yet the apartment is located in a quiet area
+ excellent spot for expeditions either north or south without crowds of tourists and traffic like in other similar size cities on Tenerife
- the biggest improvement would be to add a AC unit; as the apartment is directly sunlit for around half a day, the temperature can get super hot. For us it wasn’t an issue as we were outside all day, but it’s something to keep in mind when staying.
- a small improvement would be to add a small dishwasher, but its lack is rather a small inconvenience rather than a real issue.
Other than AC - there are really no visible complaints, for that price and with that view - it’s the best bang for Your buck in Tenerife.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Well renovated, nice view (except maybe the building lower in front) and close to everything. Also clear instructions and friendly staff, good pressure in the shower and coffee machine :)
There was also a free parking in the street but I guess it could be more tricky in a busy period.

The apartment was well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, and the balcony had a panoramic view. The complex was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable, so we slept soundly - the pool area was beautiful with lovely landscaped beds with succulents and cacti. The location could not be better. The staff were extremely kind and allowed us to check in early and to check out late. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The only thing unpleasany was a sewage smell coming from the toilet, especially in the mornings. it is also in the lobby area,
This needs to be brought to the attention of the manager of the complex. It is by no means the host's fault. This was also mentioned in another review.

Die Aussicht, das Wlan
wegen des verstopften Ablaufs in der Spüle wurde nach Meldung sofort ein Handwerker geschickt, der das Problem nicht wirklich lösen konnte, weil dazu die Küche abgebaut werden muss.
Bookingcom hat uns einen Preisnachlass gewährt
Die Spüle war verstopft, aus der Dusche lief das Wasser ins Badezimmer - unsachgemäße Montage, könnte man mit etwas Silikon beheben. Das Problem ist aber schon seit längerer Zeit bekannt, denn unter der Spüle stand ein Pümpel, um den Abfluss frei zu bekommen, hat aber nicht funktioniert.
Uns wurde eine Kaffeemaschine offeriert, es war aber eine für Kapseln.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bereitstellung von Strandtüchern, das entlastet das Gepäck.
