room was clean and large- good size bed. breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to a couple of pubs. This was just a one night stop for us on a longer trip after an overnight flight and 3 hour drive from Dublin. It gave us what we were looking for - host provided some area info at check in which was nice
The room we had was right above the bus stop - we had the windows open to keep the room cool and it got a little loud a couple of times. Again we were only there one night so that may have been easily resolved by closing the windows (not sure what that would have done to the temp in the room).

Great location to explore Cork. We appreciated the on-site parking and breakfast was delicious. King sized bed was a bonus.

the breakfast was excellent.
would have been nice to get another breakfast option (cereal or veggie option). Also, there were strange tremors to be felt at regular intervals. At first I thought it might be an earthquake but given the frequency of the tremors it might have been trucks or buses on the nearby street.
